Mr. Slaight has more than thirty years experience in major market commercial real estate brokerage and
corporate consulting practice. He has represented tenants, landlords, and investors in purchase, lease and
disposition activities. Major corporations represented include General Electric, IBM, General Motors, Falcon Jet,
Prudential, PaineWebber, Xerox, Dow Jones, Perrier, L M Ericson and Thomson-CSF. As Vice President for
Cushman & Wakefield, an international real estate service provider, Mr. Slaight was recognized as one of the top
100 brokers. Following a ten year tenure at Cushman & Wakefield he was recruited as President of John D.
Lazarus, Inc., an 85-year-old commercial real estate brokerage, appraisal, and financial service firm..

Prior to co-founding Commercial Property Advisors, Mr. Slaight led the development of Web-enabled, Enterprise
applications and automated processes that defined and supported the acquisition, management, disposition and
operation of real estate assets across a global platform.

During his career, Mr. Slaight has been responsible for the marketing, development consulting of numerous
commercial office buildings throughout the Northeast and nationally.

Mr. Slaight received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.
Timothy Slaight
Ms. Zager has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate consulting, property management, transaction
services and professional and commercial development.  After her early years as a transactional salesperson
with Helmsley-Spear, Ms. Zager moved to the "developer side" as head of the marketing team for a New York
City-based developer that adapted existing buildings into office condominiums.  She founded Robin Zager Realty
in the mid- 90's and continued as head of her own firm until 2003 when she joined the Transactional Department
for The PRC Group.

During her career, Ms. Zager advised and placed over 100 medical clients.  In addition to her expertise with the
medical profession, Ms. Zager has assisted a long list of commercial clients to either lease or purchase space in
office buildings, industrial buildings, and retail locations.

Additionally, many building owners have called upon Ms. Zager to represent them in the leasing or sale of their
available space.   She gets directly involved with the re-development and conversions of the numerous real
estate projects working closely with the lawyers, surveyors, Planning Boards, accountants, media/advertising
people, architects, contractors, utility companies, space designers, management companies, and others to
ensure that the projects finish in a timely fashion, within budget, and so that ALL
parties are satisfied with the results.

Ms. Zager is a Founding Director of Two River Community Bank, Middletown, New Jersey, and currently serves on
its Board of Directors.  In addition to this corporate board, she serves on several charitable and community
organizations.  Ms. Zager is a Past President of ICREW, the statewide organization of commercial real estate
women, and an active member of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Zager earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Douglass College of Rutgers University.
